The Orchard at Altapass

Description

From The Orchard at Altapass, visitors can walk along a certified segment of the Overmoutain Victory National Historic Trail and view the North Cove valley and McKinney Gap. Storytelling hayrides that include an account of the Overmountain Men of 1780 are a regular feature of activities at this venue run by the Orchard at Altapass Foundation, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization.
